Food and Beverage Assistant , Leicester

We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Assistants at our clients 4 Star Luxury Hotel.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. From serving delicious meals to providing high quality customer service, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure an efficient and welcoming service to guests ensuring that service in the Bars, Restaurants, Private Dining and Lounge areas is prompt, friendly and attentive to customers needs.
• To work to the Standard of Performance manuals within the department.
• Ensure the Restaurants and Front of House areas are kept clean and tidy and provide a welcoming environment to guests.
• Help maximise the financial potential of the Bars and Restaurants – at every opportunity.
• To help ay up the restaurant and dining rooms to the correct standard.
• Assist other members of the Food and Beverage Team as required.

Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including serving, ordering, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
